The Singapore government has been actively promoting sustainability and circular economy through various initiatives. The Sustainable Singapore Blueprint was launched in 2015, which sets out a vision for Singapore to become a “City in Nature” by 2030.

The concept of sustainability and circular economy has been gaining traction in Singapore in recent years, as the country looks to become more environmentally conscious. The Singapore government has been actively promoting sustainability and circular economy through various initiatives. The Sustainable Singapore Blueprint was launched in 2015, which sets out a vision for Singapore to become a “City in Nature” by 2030. This includes plans to reduce carbon emissions, increase green spaces, and promote sustainable consumption and production.

 

This programme will discuss the various initiatives taken by the government and private sector to promote sustainability and circular economy in Singapore.

This program is ideal for individuals or schools, both local and international, who wish to discover more about Singapore's sustainability initiatives and projects.

Learn about how Singapore can continue to remain a city of the future with deliberate urban planning and what we can do as citizens to contribute towards making Singapore one of the best cities to live in.

Visit a Singapore-based company that produces high-quality fish and seafood in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, with advanced technology and systems They have a state-of-the-art aquaculture facility equipped with advanced technology and systems. In addition to their aquaculture operations, the company also operates a seafood processing facility where they prepare their products for distribution to customers.
